Mission and History

Our Mission is to support healthcare services for Loudoun County residents who, as a result of economic or other barriers, would otherwise do without.

In continuous operation since 2002, the Loudoun Free Clinic serves the uninsured residents of Loudoun County at no charge through the provision of quality healthcare services. The Clinic is a project of the 501 (c)3 Catoctin Foundation, formed in 1998 to increase access to health services for the county's medically under served, thus increasing the overall health status of a segment of Loudoun's population.

Medical services are provided free of charge by volunteer members of the area's medical community and local residents who volunteer their time.

The clinic assists uninsured Loudoun residents, ages 18 -64, a portion of the population for which avenues to no-cost medical care are not available through governmental agencies and other channels.
