La Voz: La Voz is a community based non profit organization acting as a conduit between the Hispanic/Latino population, government agencies and other groups in order to promote self-sufficiently through outreach, education, advocacy, and programs that strengthen family networks. 

Loudoun Cares: Loudoun Cares operates a telephone information & referral helpline for Loudoun residents (703) 669-INFO. Through the helpline, Loudoun Cares links local residents with the agencies and programs that can help them.

Loudoun Community Health Center - The Loudoun Community Health Center (703) 443-2000. The Loudoun Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center who cares for anyone in need, regardless of age or ability to pay, whether you have insurance or not. Medicare and Medicaid patients are always welcome. They also accept private insurance. Patients with no insurance pay on a sliding scale based on their income.

 MH/MR provides diagnostic and treatment services for Loudoun County citizens and families who are experiencing chronic or acute emotional problems. They offer such services as: alcohol and drug abuse treatment, mental health treatment, psychosocial rehabilitation, and 24-hour crisis intervention.

is a private, non-profit organization staffed by professionals trained in counseling, social work and community outreach.

Loudoun Interfaith Relief: The mission of Loudoun Interfaith Relief, Inc., is to feed the hungry by providing emergency food assistance to those in need and promote client self-sufficiency to any person or family living in Loudoun County.

Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter provides temporary emergency shelter, food and emotional support to women and their children who are escaping domestic violence and abuse.

Ayuda protects legal rights of low-income immigrants in the DC area. They have an office in Sterling, VA.
