The Loudoun Free Clinic offers the following services:
- Medical Visits (sick visits, chronic disease management, minor injuries)
- Well woman care/Pap Smears
- Medication Assistance
- Diagnostic Testing
- Specialty Referrals
- Referrals to other community resources
The Loudoun Free Clinic DOES NOT provide:
- Emergency Care
- Contraception (birth control) or maternity care
- Pain Medications
- Mental Health Services or medications
- Disability physicals
- School physicals
- Immunizations

The Loudoun County Health Department (703) 777-0236 provides: Maternity Care, Birth Control, STD testing and immunizations.
The Loudoun Community Health Center (703) 443-2000 provides: General Medical Care including school physicals, disability physicals, immunizations, and birth control.
Eligibility
Prior to attending any clinic, an eligibility interview appointment is necessary to determine if a patient is qualified for services. Eligibility interviews are conducted Monday through Friday during the day. Please call 703-779-5416 to make an appointment. (Please refer to the Eligibility section of this website for criteria.) Upon eligibility the patient will be issued a Loudoun Free Clinic card good for six months. Patients must re-qualify every six months for eligibility.
