- You are age 19+
- You have been living in Loudoun County for at least 3 months
- You do not have health insurance
- You do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare
- You meet our income guidelines
More information about the application process
It typically takes about 2 business weeks to receive a response, at which point the eligibility team will let you know if you are eligible or will ask follow-up questions to determine your eligibility.
Once you are found eligible, you will be provided a date and time to come into the clinic with your paperwork and to meet with our eligibility team. If you meet all qualifications, you will be registered as a patient that day. You will receive a membership card and set the date for your first appointment.
Membership typically lasts for 11 months and can be renewed as long as you still meet the requirements.
