All of our patients are provided with the following services:
- Primary Care including diabetes management and women’s health
- Sick visit appointments
- Non-narcotic prescription medications
Our patients receive labs and imaging services for free through our partner providers. Our services are provided in person and by telehealth appointment, according to the patient’s needs.
Specialty Care
When medically necessary, we refer patients for medical and surgical specialty care. This is made possible by volunteer and partner providers, who see and treat our patients both in our clinic and from their own offices.
Covid-19 Vaccinations
We are not currently offering COVID-19 vaccinations.
