Loudoun Free Clinic (LFC) is a multi specialty medical office in Leesburg, VA. We are a professional, rewarding, inclusive office and our goal is to provide healthcare services for adult, uninsured Loudoun County residents who, as a result of economic or other barriers, would otherwise go without.
The Loudoun Free Clinic is seeking a full time (Spanish)Patient Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator to join our diverse team providing high quality, coordinated care to patients. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Patient Outreach Coordinator performs outreach activities to reach potential patients and improve community awareness of LFC. This position requires a flexible schedule that includes some weekends and evenings to host and attend events.

Sample responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Effectively communicate information about Loudoun Free Clinic to various audiences via written communications, one-on-one conversations, group meetings and events.
Represent the clinic by building upon existing relationships and forging new relationships with a wide range of community and professional constituencies.
Work with Marketing and Communications Coordinator and other Team Members to implement and update the Patient Growth Plan. Collaborate with Team Members to identify specific communities that may have people eligible for clinic services and work within those communities to identify potential new clinic patients.
Identify new organizations or establishments that may work with, or know of, potentially eligible patients.
Utilize various strategies to reach out to potential qualified patients.
Track data and other metrics regarding activities and number of individuals reached and enrolled.
Maintain accurate records in Excel spreadsheets or other tracking tools and technologies. Prepare Power Point presentations and reports on outreach efforts as requested.
Participate in Loudoun County community resource meetings and other projects as requested by Clinic Management.
Attend and represent LFC at various community meetings and events, including nonprofit organizations, faith-based groups, schools, and other community settings.
Provide culturally appropriate and accessible information to community members.
When individuals request assistance during outreach, collect details and convey them in writing, in a timely manner, to the appropriate LFC team member.
Serve as an LFC representative on community resource and safety-net provider groups.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Fluency and literacy in both English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MSOffice/365 including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- Ability to propose creative solutions to needs and problems.
- Non-profit organization experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and willingness to represent the organization to the public in a cheerful and helpful manner.
- Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule and availability on some weekends as events require.
- Ability to lift 25-40 pounds.
