Who is eligible for care?

Anyone is welcome to our clinic. Uninsured adults living in Loudoun County with income under 300% of Federal Poverty Level.

 

How do I become a patient?

To become a patient, you must meet the eligibility guidelines, complete our application form and participate in a short screening interview with our staff.

 

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

No, we do not accept walk-in appointments to see our medical providers. You must apply online first and be approved before scheduling an appointment.

 

Do you offer dental care?

At this time, we do not offer dental care in our clinic. We connect our patients with a partner dental clinic for low cost dental care.

 

What languages do you support at the clinic?

Most of our staff is bilingual in Spanish and English. For all other languages, we utilize a language interpretation phone service.

 

How is Loudoun Free Clinic funded?

Loudoun Free Clinic is funded by donations, grants, contracts, and community partnerships.

 

Do you offer STD testing?

Yes, we offer discreet and comprehensive testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, HIV, and HPV.

 

Do you offer pregnancy care for women?

No, we do not offer pregnancy care, however we can refer pregnant women to other low-cost healthcare providers. Please call (703)779-5416 for more information.

 

Do you offer care for children?

Unfortunately, we do not offer healthcare for children. We serve ages 19+. Our staff would be happy to refer you to a children’s healthcare. Please call (703)779-5416.

 

Do you accept patients who reside outside of Loudoun County?

No, we only accept residents of Loudoun County, and we do not accept patients from other counties.

What services do you offer?

We offer primary care, sick visits, laboratory testing, diagnostic screening, specialty care, well-woman care, prescription medication, case management and nutrition counseling.

 

How soon can I be seen once I am enrolled?

After your application is approved and your membership is active, you may be scheduled for the next available appointment. Usually same day or next day appointments are available.

 

Can I pay out of pocket to be seen quicker?

We do not accept payment. You must be an enrolled, current patient to schedule an appointment. Appointments are given based on medical need and availability.

 

Do Loudoun Free Clinic patients get free X-rays?

Yes, Loudoun Free Clinic patients get free X-rays at Fairfax Radiology.

 

How do I get prescription medicine?

Loudoun Free Clinic patients get free prescription medicine in the office.

 

Can I get vaccines at Loudoun Free Clinic?

Loudoun Free Clinic currently gives the flu vaccine. The Loudoun County Health Department gives all other vaccines we recommend for our patients.
